Fans of the Nier series can pat themselves in the back for making one of the newest releases a best seller, as Nier Replicant Ver.1.22 shipments and digital sales surpass one million units — making another success for Square Enix!

Square Enix announced that the worldwide shipments and digital sales of NieR Replicant™ver.1.22474487139…, the critically acclaimed re-telling of NieR Replicant for modern consoles, have surpassed one million units. SQUARE ENIX is also proud to celebrate over six million shipments and digital sales of NieR:Automata™, the action role-playing game developed in collaboration by PlatinumGames Inc. and created by acclaimed director YOKO TARO (Drakengard®), composer Keiichi Okabe (TEKKEN / Drakengard), and producer Yosuke Saito (DRAGON QUEST® X).

Additionally, the Steam version of the game has received an update that optimizes the game’s performance on PC, so Nier fans playing on the platform and want the best visuals and output the game can offer will want to check out the game’s Steam page for details.
