Overwatch 2 and Street Fighter 6 Crossover Leaked by PlayStation

Overwatch 2 often creates crossover events to keep players interested and to offer new content to unlock. The next one seems to have been revealed early through a leak from the official PlayStation website and involves one of Capcom’s most famous franchises.
An ad for the game mentioned a collaboration between Overwatch 2 and Street Fighter 6, with the event expected to take place during the middle of the current “Stadium” season. This listing was found on the PlayStation store but was later deleted.
Is the Announcement Coming Soon?

However, the leak was saved by the leaker X0XLEAK, who shared the information on X (formerly Twitter). The ad simply stated: “Keep battling in Stadium with a Street Fighter 6 collaboration and Dokiwatch Mythic Mercy Weapon Skin.”
Another leaker, Lamalaxy on X, mentioned that the collaboration was initially expected to launch on April 24, as the filenames were dated “24apr25.” However, it is now expected to launch on May 20.
Right now, no more details have been shared and it’s unclear when exactly the crossover will begin or what content we can expect. However, the fact that this ad appeared on PlayStation’s official store suggests that an official announcement could happen soon, maybe even in the next few hours.
In other Overwatch 2 news, the game has seen a big drop in Twitch viewership after the launch of Marvel Rivals. Overwatch 2’s viewership peaked at just 64,970, a noticeable decline compared to Marvel Rivals’ peak of 275,521.
