Blizzard Entertainment has now released the official Overwatch 2 Season 4 trailer, showing off all the new content in the upcoming season. Season 4 will feature the new Support hero Lifeweaver as well as a limited-time B.O.B. and Weave game mode, a new Mythic “Galactic Emperor Sigma” skin, the new Starwatch event, and much more.

Overwatch 2 Season 4 – New Content & Events:
Season 4 will feature the release of Overwatch’s 37th hero Lifeweaver, whose lore and abilities were debuted in the last few days. A special game mode titled “B.O.B. and Weave” will go live alongside the new season on April 11; the mode features both Ashe’s butler B.O.B. and Lifeweaver himself in a 3v3 match, and will reward players with a special Epic-tier “Cassia Lifeweaver” skin. Similarly, a Symmetra challenge with the Epic-tier “Gardener Symmetra” skin will be available from May 23 to May 29.
The new Starwatch event will run from May 9 through May 22. Starwatch is a 4v4 PvP event played on a reworked version of Horizon Lunar Colony that features a battle between The Watchers and The Infinite Empire. A new tie-in comic will also be released during the event. Additionally, the “Talantis” fan-made map will also be made available in-game from April 25 to May 1.
The Mythic “Galactic Emperor Sigma” skin will be the ultimate Premium reward of the new 80-tier Space Opera Battle Pass, with apparently customizable Hypersphere weapons and armor. The new Battle Pass as well as the Shop will feature new and returning skins for numerous heroes, and special Starwatch-themed skins as well. The trailer also teases a rework for Brigitte’s Rally ability, though the exact specifics of the changes are unknown as of yet.
Lifeweaver will be available through Tier 45 of the new Battle Pass, though Blizzard has promised that he can be tried out for free at the beginning of the season.
