For many, the road to 1.0 is a long one. However, for Palworld, that road has already been quite successful. The game launched a year ago and sold over 12 million copies. Since then, it has received numerous updates, including an expansion this past December that introduced a ton of new content, along with a new raid.

But you’d be mistaken if you thought Pocketpair would slow down in the new year. Their newly released Palworld 2025 roadmap shows plenty of new stuff planned throughout the year.

Palworld 2025 Roadmap Is Bringing Highly Requested Features and New Content

As revealed on X, the Palworld 2025 roadmap has been released, giving us a look at what’s to come this year. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect as Pockpair continues to work towards the full release later this year.

  • CO-OP Crossplay
  • World Transfers for Pals
  • Final Boss / Ending Scenario
  • Further ways to strengthen and improve Pals
  • Various new content such as new Pals and technologies
  • Game Collaborations (Including Terraria)
  • Improvements to world object placement
  • Improvements to base Pals
  • Improvements to optimization
  • Improvements to UX

That’s not bad, and we’re expecting to see some other surprises with these updates. The biggest thing from this list is that full crossplay looks to be coming, and hopefully, soon, we’ll be able to play with anyone across any platform.

Besides what’s been detailed above, is there anything you’re hopeful to see to come to Palworld in the new year? What about collaborations, which one do you think will be coming later this year?

I Just hope they continue increasing the player and pal level cap and adding additional technology for crafting. My only complaint is that the pals in my base always have a negative status affect despite me doing everything possible to cure the negative status affect.

I really hope they improve on pals in the base not getting negative status affects as often, and making the pals be able to reach objectives. Oftentimes pals in my base can’t complete task because they can’t reach the objective.
