Six months ago, Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) CEO Jim Ryan announced that he’s departing the company after 30 years of service. To mark his impact to the company, Sony has released a new PlayStation Stars campaign for Jim Ryan, which players can tackle starting today!
The new campaign, dubbed ” A Nod to Jim Ryan” celebrates the 30 years that Ryan has been at PlayStation. As such, the quests to earning this special digital bobblehead of him will have players playing through some of the very titles he helped bring over to PlayStation.
The announcement from the PlayStation App also includes the “campaign” players can tackle in order to obtain the bobblehead, and players must complete four quests that are available in the following games:
- Gran Turismo 7
- Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
- God of War Ragnarok
- The Last of Us Part II
- Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
- Destiny 2

By joining PlayStation Stars, you can use your gaming skills to collect unique digital collectibles and earn rewards. Complete campaigns, earn points and show off your collectibles in a digital display case on PlayStation App as a way of celebrating your love of play and PlayStation experiences.
