Rainbow Six Siege Update 2.79 Resolves Deadzone Issues This July 2
Heads up, operators! Ubisoft has pushed out Rainbow Six Siege update 2.79 (R6 Siege update version 1.000.083) on all platforms, and this is a hotfix to resolve the deadzone issues affecting gamers. Read on for what’s new in R6 Siege in the July 2 update in the official patch notes.

As part of today’s maintenance, Ubisoft has issued the patch for the following fix:
Deadzones Hotfix – Today we’re deploying a hotfix on all platforms. This update will resolve deadzone issues on controllers and also fix crashes related to Match Replay.
Time: 9 am EDT/6 am PDT/13:00 UTC
Platform: All Platforms (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC)
Downtime: 60 minutes
