Resistance Retribution Update 1.02 Brings Back Infected Mode With Trophy Support
Bend Studio has recently released Resistance Retribution update 1.02 (PS5 version 1.000.002), and this brings back Infected mode for the PSP port, alongside other fixes. Read on for the official patch notes straight from the devs.

Here’s the announcement from Sony’s Bend Studio:
- Fixed the last story trophy – Destroy the Chrysalis and Raine
- General bug fixes
- Added Infected mode
- Added DLC trophy pack for Infected mode
That’s about it, and we’re honestly surprised the game got updated at all.
Resistance Retribution was originally released on the PlayStation Portable way back in 2009, and has was released this Feb. 20, 2024 on the PS4 and PS5 via the PSN Store. The updated version added up-rendering, rewind, quick save, and even custom video filters and trophies.
