Street Fighter 6 New Update 1.29/1.000.029 Adds New Content and Balance Changes for JP, Bison
Capcom has released Steet Fighter 6’s April 15 update, and this applies balance changes to JP and M. Bison, as well as new content.
Console gamers will see this as Street Fighter 6 update 1.29/1.000.029, and this was released during a maintenance period that saw the servers pulled down temporarily.

Fighting Ground The third Year 3 character, Alex, has been added.

Clubs
- Alex segments for club uniforms and emblems added.
Battle Settings
- Alex’s Capcom Fighting Hyakunin Isshu challenger screen added.
CFN > Replay
- Replays saved to your Replay List, or Local Replays, will remain saved but cannot be played back.
- You cannot search for replays from previous versions.
Fighter Profile
- History data from previous versions will not be displayed.
V-Rival
- Until Sim Sim learns the new battle version, it may not be able to handle the newest techniques and movements.

- Complete chapter 7-6, then select Wrestle Metro in the One Fateful Day menu.
Data Update
- Tournament battle data used in in the Haggar Stadium tournaments are updated.
Battle Hub
- Mega Man Star Force & Battle Network Collab is now live!
- The Battle Hub has been adorned with Mega Man Star Force & Battle Network decorations.
- Collaboration items (player titles, avatar gear, stickers, camera frames) will be available to claim in the News menu.
- A special Street Voter is scheduled soon.

- Fixed an issue where a penalty was assessed to players during online matchmaking when a disconnect or forced app shut down occurred during the challenger screen.
- Fixed unintentional coloring on Chun-Li’s Capcom Fighting Hyakunin Isshu challenger screen.
- When local tournament mode is turned on, those settings take priority but it was hard to tell which custom settings were disabled, so they are now displayed as — hyphens.
Other various fixes were also implemented.
