Update: Striking Distance has released the official patch notes.

• Fixed some instances where New Game+ manual saves were not generated after completing the base game.

So far, Striking Distance has not released any patch notes just yet, nor has there been any acknowledgement of the title update. This isn’t surprising, as the studio usually releases the patch notes after the download has been pushed out on all platforms.
