Players trying to log in to The Division 2 or Rainbow Six Siege, you’re probably experiencing The Division 2 and/or Rainbow Six Siege down on the servers if you’re on Xbox One. It sems people from around the globe are experiencing issues connecting, and it shows Bravo-09 for some.
Checking the official The Division 2 subreddit, it seems people from the US are mostly affected.
Is Ubisoft having problems? Can’t even launch the game on Xbox One from thedivision
What’s weird here is, while Xbox/Microsoft has officially acknowledged that Battlefield 5 servers are experiencing issues on Xbox One, there’s no mention of anything from Xbox, though Ubisoft themselves have touched on it via a forum post:
Hello everyone. We’re aware of an issue currently affecting connectivity in Rainbow Six Siege and The Division 2 on Xbox One. We are working towards resolving this. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Please be sure to check this thread for future updates. Thanks!
The Rainbow Six Siege server status page also has a status alert as well, stating:
We are currently investigating technical issues which are preventing access to the game. Keep an eye out for updates.
As of the moment, only Xbox One players are affected. Once we know more or the issue has been resolved, we’ll update the post. While you’re waiting for servers go go back up, check out the Rainbow Six Siege Operation Void Edge patch notes to see what’s coming in terms of gameplay changes. We also posted about the new way Ubisoft Montreal is handling content drops.
As for The Division 2, make sure to check out the upcoming new expansion, Warlords of New York!
Update: 2/20/20: Ubisoft has resolved it just this past hour:
