For those looking forward to HBO’s adaptation of Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us, we finally see (in motion) the feel and how Joel and Ellie will be portrayed on-screen! The Last of Us HBO series teaser is here, and it brings some familiar sights.

The Last of Us TV series is set to air on HBO and is based on the 2013 best-selling game published by Sony and developed by Naughty Dog. Pedro Pascal (Game of Thrones) stars as the show’s protagonist Joel alongside Bella Ramsey (Game of Thrones) who plays Ellie. The first season will be comprised of 10 episodes, and will debut in early 2023.

As for the game, the “remake” is set to be released this September 2 exclusively on the PS5. You can check out the title screen alongside review embargo details right here.
