Did you buy The Last of Us Part I Firefly Edition? Did you get the package without any damage? If so, count yourself lucky, as multiple people have reported that their TLOU Part I Firefy Edition packaging were damaged when they received it.

While it might be easy to blame the courier for this, it seems Sony has been sending out the packages using different packaging for some. Some users have reported getting their limited edition is a well protected box, while others note that they came in a thin poorly insulated bubble wrap envelope. For those who have received their package in a damage condition, unfortunately per the number of reports, Sony is not issuing any replacements. That may be due to the limited quantity that the company said that they would run, and understandably, buyers are a bit upset.
