It’s only the pre-show for The Game Awards 2021, and still there are tons of exciting trailers and announcements ahead, with The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Game officially announced with a first trailer. Check it out below.

Not much else needed was said about The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Game, save for the fact that it’s going to be an asymmetrical multiplayer title like most other horror games in the genre, like Dead by Daylight and Predator: Hunting Grounds.

In case you’re not a big horror fan, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is a horror franchise spanning more than thirty years. It spawned numerous sequels and spinoffs, as well as remakes and reboots over the years. It will be interesting to see how this first video game adaptation for the IP will play out.

Having the chance to really dive into the world of this IP with the team from Gun and working with Sumo to bring this vision to life has been almost surreal.
