TopSpin 2K25 Update 1.07

Another title update for Hangar 13’s tennis sim is available for download today, as TopSpin 2K25 update 1.07 has been released (those on current-gen will see this as patch version 1.007), which should once again bring another round of fixes, and even a new feature.

TopSpin 2K25 Update 1.07 Patch Notes for May 29:

TopSpin 2K25 Update Version 1.007

  • Added social system to invite 2K friends and platform friends to online private matches
    • Your friends can add you by using your 2K Account name found in-game under Main Menu > Settings > 2K Account
  • Added Vivox Voice Chat System to allow communication in online matches
  • Addressed reported concerns of auto-serving during gameplay
  • Hit the clay against your friends online with 5x 100% XP Boosts and a Lacoste Men’s Tennis Polo with locker code CLAYSEASON

As expected, Hangar 13 has not mentioned anything about the update just yet, and that might change within the day or later this week, as the devs have been inconsistent in providing the proper patch notes. However, one thing we’re sure the patch brings is the feature to play singles online with friends, as this was announced by the official TopSpin Twitter/X account.

We’ve included some of the stuff spotted by the community:

  • Reported forced faults cause has been identified by the devs and have been addressed on Steam, with consoles soon to have the fix (per OfficialTopSpin2K account)

We’ll continue adding more fixes as noticed by the community, so stay tuned.

Alongside today’s patch, Hangar 13 and 2K are working on a proper roadmap for the game, with a message posted on the game’s subreddit last week:

Hey, everyone.

We wanted to let you know that we’ve seen this and we are listening to the community’s feedback. We’re working hard to deliver on an exciting planned schedule of post-launch content. We’re also deep into work on quality-of-life updates that improve the player experience, and looking forward to releasing our new feature update that enables players to play singles with friends online. While we are not ready to announce everything on our roadmap just yet, we look forward to sharing more news as soon as we can.

Stay tuned for the official patch notes (if the devs release any), as we’ll update the article ASAP.
