Today, Halo developer 343 Industries announced four unique armor permutations available in the Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta that can be unlocked as by completing specific tasks and Achievements in Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

The armor sets will also be available in the final game, but there are a few things you can do come November 11 to ensure you get suited up early in the beta, taking place this December 29 to January 18.

Mark VI Gen 1

Technically obsolete, the Mark VI [GEN1] Mjolnir armor maintains a legendary luster among Spartans and the general public.

Earn the “Your Journey Begins” Achievement (Complete a campaign mission or a match of multiplayer) – Unlocks Helmet and Armor

Mark VI Gen 1 Scarred

The Mark VI was able to remain functional until all of its triply-redundant auto-repair and bypass nodes failed.

Earn the “Cairo Station” Achievement in MCC  (Halo 2: Complete Cairo Station) – Unlocks Helmet and Armor

Helioskrill

The HELIOSKRILL is a work of art crafted by a Sangheili prodigy inspired to test her skill against the best that humanity could muster.

Earn the “Legend” Achievement in MCC (Complete all campaigns on Legendary difficulty) – Unlocks Helmet and Armor

Nightfall

Spartans with Marine experience prefer NIGHTFALL armor when stationed on inhospitable worlds, due to its best-of-class life support.
