Digital Extremes has announced the first Warframe update of 2024, and it’s out sometime in March! Called “Dante Unbound,” this will introduce the 56th Warframe into the game, alongside a host of quality-of-life improvements, and a slew of new cosmetic items.
Warframe First Update of 2024 “Dante Unbound” Overview:
Dante: the master of reality’s pages. Warframe 56 is styled around classic-MMO caster classes accompanied by his own new Exalted Weapon named, Noctua. This new Dante-bound Grimoire obliterates enemies by pelting them with spectral pages and covering them in countless cursed paper cuts. Warframe Inaros, the living sandstorm, will receive a long-awaited rework in March too alongside this update, with more details to come soon!
Here’s our first look at Dante (concept art and not final render):
TennoGen (which you can read in detail here), makes a return in the March update and adds approved submissions from last year. This collaborative program is all about the community connecting with the devs to bring new purchasable cosmetics into the game, with the revenue shared with the corresponding artist.
There are also dev-made cosmetics on the way including the Warframe Styanax’s Deluxe, which was teased during today’s devstream.
There’s also a slew of quality-of-life changes incoming this March:
