Zenless Zone Zero Update 1.6 Released as Servers Go Down for Maintenance

The next major Zenless Zone Zero update, 1.6, is now available on every platform to download! Console gamers will see this as Zenless Zone Zero update version 1.600, which brings in new agents, a new story chapter and more.
But don’t get too excited just yet, as the game’s servers are currently undergoing maintenance in preparation for the update’s launch.
Zenless Zone Zero Update 1.600/1.6 “Among the Forgotten Ruins”
A new update file for Zenless Zone Zero is now live, and although miHoYo has yet to release the full changelog, we do know this update is for the big 1.6 content drop. A breakdown of some of the update’s highlights is included below.
- New Agents
- Anby Demara, AKA, Soldier 0 (S-Rank Electric Attack Agent)
- Trigger (S-Rank Electric Stun Agent)
- New Story Chapter – Bury Your Tears With The Past
- New boss, Geppetto, in Hollow Zero.
- Newly introduced Difficulty VI in Battlefront Purge.
- New Hollow Zero gameplay Shadow Operation, featuring unique effects in every battle
stage. - In Trigger’s TV Schedule, a new third-person shooter gameplay will be introduced.
- New events.
- Further optimized character progression mechanics.
As a reminder, with any big Zenless Zone Zero update, servers are currently under maintenance. They aren’t expected to be back up until later tonight (8 PM PDT/10 PM CDT, 11 PM EDT). Players can claim 300 Polychrome as an apology from miHoYo for the downtime.
