007 First Light Update 1.018 Sneaks Out on August 28 for Version 1.1.1
IO Interactive has released a new game update to 007 First Light, and it brings the game to version 1.1.1 on all platforms on August 28.
Console gamers will see this download as 007 First Light update 1.018 and this sorts out achievement issues and some black screen problems too.

Stability Improvements
PC: Black Screen at Launch
Addressed an issue where the title would not launch on some PCs, resulting in a black screen followed by a client crash.\
Fixed a rare issue that could cause a crash after entering the Advanced Training in Malta and pausing the game during it.
Achievements & Challenges
Achievements Unlock Issues
Introduced a series of backend improvements and fixes to the game’s online systems to address the achievement-related issues reported by the community. This includes improvements to the achievements’ unlock logic across all platforms.
Alongside today’s fixes, IO Interactive is also developing fixes for the known issues.
007 First Light Known Issues (as of August 28)
- Controller input not recognized on the start screen
- Legacy/Collector’s Edition content not granted (missing Obsidian Gold Suit)
- Save Failed notifications / unable to create save games
- IOI Account sign-in prompt missing / errors during account creation
- Audio crackling during gameplay
- Blurry / low-resolution textures
There are more updates planned, so stay tuned. After the Tac Sim update last month, we’re expecting more content drops to be part of the game’s future.
