Studio Wildcard has released the Ark Survival Evolved update 2.73 patch for January 18. This is a major server/client update that addresses many new bugs and spawns, as well as gameplay improvements. Here’s everything included in the Ark Survival Evolved January 18 patch notes.

- Fixed an issue that caused graphical issues with dino and items
- Fixed several exploits
- Fixed some holes in lost island
- Fixed several crashes
- Addressed some overspawning issues on lostisland
- Can no longer place dermis of creatures in taxidermy/training dummy if that creature is not transferrable to a given map
- Fix loot crate spawns of Massive/Devious artifacts
- Fix for fertilized voidwyvern eggs not decaying
- Reduced fog while underwater
- Fixed some clutter & foliage
- Adjustments & fixes to Amargasaurus
- Fixes to Sinomacrops
- Adjusted respawn map and global LAT/LON coords to be more accurate on Lost Island
- Fixed large beaver dams being invisible for some clients on Lost Island
- Fixed an issue where some dinos were marked as not tameable in caves on Lost Island
- Several Lost Island client memory improvements

There’s a glitch and it’s a big one were I transfer servers and lose some of my stuff and it says that it’s ready to transfer but lies and doesnt say it that I’ve dropped an item as well / it’s been happening in three maps so far the center the island and crystal island. It happened in pvp the first couple of times in the center and the island and then started to happen just a lil bit ago in crystal island but in crystal I was in pve and I guess it was a really bad messed up lag and someone stole my snow owl I’ve worked hard on getting because of that glitch my stuff is gone in pve. They should make it were u cant look in bags on the floor in pve unless u r in the same tribe but u can still trade things by dropping items this would address anything like this so I can get my stuff bck without someone taking it in pve

All server are down for ps4 like all server were wiped or something. Hope this gets fixed soon i have cap slot of tames on me .
Ummm so what’s going on with unofficial servers? I can’t find any of them and only a handful of official ones are showing after the update

All servers for ps4 and ps5 is apparently down . Only 15 server are up and running.

We need a fix on abberation I’ve noticed for months now the surface reaper kings are invisible to everyone not playing on PC. Makes getting an alpha impossible.

All severs I use to play on disappeared can’t find them after update its showing 20 servers only
It’s the fact that there where no warning update, I in the middle of raising my wyvern it was on 80% almost finishing, it’s probably gonna be dead in a few hours 🤦🏾♂️ Nd 2 of my Dinos was on a cryopod In my lots bar I’m probably dead by now

Switch to pve and there is no cryo sickness. But you can’t kill breeded dinos with another Dino on pve.
You can add mod for that

When is something going to be done about the aim botters on literally every pvp official server? i think most ark official players would agree they’d rather something be done about that get a new map for the next 2 years. all of my friends have quit playing ark because of the botters because no matter what you do or how long you grind some botter tribe is just going to come and raid you and there’s nothing you can do to defend against them other than getting aimbot yourself. I love this game and ive sunk a lot of money into it but im about to cut my losses and go play something else.
I Beale same thing and u mean across line s of games I’m tired of hackers and aime bitters of all types. I guess no skills lol they have to pay to win some how her I was playing key board and mouse against hackers with broken wrist now I’m in hospital with brain enjury plus. sorry ass hackers o well will always a have I’m sure no use Will have till game manufacturers also figure out a way to prevent or hard code computer parts to game and system for banding or whatever be nice they have to purchase new motherboard or vid card each time they wanna cheat lol
