Mundfish has released Atomic Heart update 1.06 on all platforms, and this is the game’s first post-release patch. Don’t expect anything new outside of fixes. Read on for what’s new in the Atomic Heart Feb, 26 patch notes.

Update (Feb. 27): Mundfish has today released the official patch notes!
- Fixed an issue blocking quest progress for “A glass, Darkly”
- Fixed an issue with Claire (cutscene is not starting)
- Fixed a crash during the Ballerina boss fight
- Autodetection of the sound language, based on your settings (you can still choose to modify the audio and the texts language in the options)
- Removed an inappropriate image from the old soviet cartoon
- Fixed an issue with a “Rotorobot” in a frozen state
- Fixed an issue with infinite jumps
- Fixed an issue with missing map objects at VDNH Exhibition Park
- Fixed an issue with wrong Brightness setting (but the value will be reset to default)
- Various settings localization fixes
- Framecap limit is 500 now
- Implemented system to fix all environment stuck issues
Also, here’s a list of main updates that along with the others will become available with the next upcoming patches:

Mundfish has not released the official patch notes just yet, though we can confirm some of the bugs that still aren’t fixed via the community:

We’re unsure whether this fixes the achievements issue, but we’re keeping an eye out for it. As for the studio, the latest update regarding patches mentioned an FOV slider alongside other quality of life improvements.
Once the studio releases the official patch notes, we’ll update this article accordingly.

You got me at “first post-release patch” which is entirely not true. This is the second patch. 1.05 was the first post-release patch. I am playing on PC though. 😉
Have my playthrough on hold until this damned bug with the neuromodules is gone. Even more frustrating that it isn’t fixed in this update since they said they fixed the bug internally and wanted to push it out soon.
