Conan Exiles April Hotfix Released for Update 2.12 and Here Are the Improvements

Developer Funcom has released the Conan Exiles April hotfix on all platforms! For consoles, this is Conan Exiles update 2.12, which brings a short list of fixes.
For those on Xbox, Funcom has confirmed that this patch has been delayed, and no timeframe has been given for its release.
Conan Exiles April Hotfix List of Changes
PlayStation Patch Notes:
- PlayStation: Fixed an issue where players were unable to continue any co-op game if they had active save games on both Exiled Lands and Isle of Siptah
- Liu Fei: Eyes of the Innocent and the Ancient Rhino Horn can now be obtained once more
- Sound in the Dregs Dungeon has been restored
- Living Settlement thralls now correctly obey “Disable Thrall Use” settings
- Removed unintended rewards as loot from chests (but keep an eye out in the future!)
PC Patch Notes:

As mentioned above, the Xbox version has been delayed, and no patch notes for it have been shared. However, chances are, it’s the same as the PlayStaion version if past updates from Funcom are anything to go by.
