Crimson Desert Update 1.000.568 Fixes Gameplay Bugs on September 23

Pearl Abyss has released Crimson Desert update 1.000.568 today, September 23, and this brings a short list of fixes that affected gameplay.

This will bring the game to version 2.03.02 across all platfroms, which players will see on the title screen.

Crimson Desert Version 2.03.02 Now Out as Console Patch 1.000.568

Here are the fixes for today:

• Fixed an issue where Grimnir would not appear in certain situations while progressing through the quest “The Mysterious Pot.”
• Fixed an issue where icons for newly discovered objects in certain regions would not appear on the map.
• Fixed an issue where progression in the “Ether Rest” Abyss was blocked because the power core would not be detected.

There are still a few persistent issues the dev team is looking into as well.

Known Issues

• Icons for newly discovered objects in certain regions do not appear on the map.
• Interactions with NPCs, mounts, and specific objects is unavailable in certain situations.
  • This issue can be temporarily resolved by restarting the game.
• Fish being caught while fishing in certain areas are unable to move.
• Greymane faction quests cannot be progressed while playing as Damiane or Oongka.
• If the “Evasion Control” option is set to “Hold,” the default Evasion key still functions even after the Evasion key has been changed.NPCs required for quest progression cannot ride together on Legendary Animal mounts.
• [Mac] When using a keyboard and mouse at certain resolutions, the cursor position differs from the actual furniture placement point.
• [Mac] The colorblind filter is not applied to the UI when “Colorblind Mode” is enabled.
• [PlayStation] The screen may freeze if characters are entered rapidly while using the virtual keyboard to set the name of a pet or horse.
  • Please enter characters slowly with brief pauses when changing names. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• When using FSR4 upscaling, an issue occurs in rainy environments where rain disappears, or the screen becomes blurry or distorted.

Expect smaller patches until the developers release the Chartering the Unknown DLC next month.
