Dead by Daylight Update 3.13

With the latest patch released for Dead by Daylight last week, there was an unfortunate consequence of a strobing lights issue affecting consoles and PC. Note that for PC gamers, this patch went out last week, and is classified as 7.7.0A.

Dead by Daylight Update 3.13 Patch Notes for April 30:

DBD PS5 Update Version 7.700.001

Here’s the announcement from the studio regarding the fix:

“On Friday we deployed a “tentative fix” for the strobing/flashing lights issue on Steam and EGS and we’re happy to confirm the update indeed solved the issue. We will now be submitting this update (7.7.0a) for certification on other platforms.
Most players can expect a fix in the next 48 hours (Nintendo Switch update might be slightly delayed). We will be providing status updates for each platform. Thank you for your patience!”

Aside from this issue, the studio is also aware of the rubber banding and hitching issues, and are actively looking into it. Chances are, we’ll be getting another title update to fix that on all platforms.

If there are any other changes in this title update mentioned by Behaviour, we’ll update the article to reflect these changes. For those that spot anything that got changed regarding gameplay, leave a comment below and let us know.
