DOOM + DOOM 2 Update 2.000

DOOM + DOOM 2 update 2.000 is available for download on consoles now, and this is the latest major update for the game. Oddly enough, for those on PS5, you might have been prompted to download version 1.005 earlier, and then a new file was released not even an hour after that brought the game to version 2.000.

Those on last-gen, the patch version is 1.05, which makes this all the more confusing. No word if another download will be released on PS4, Xbox One to bring it up to the same version as the current-gen consoles.

In terms of what’s in the patch, it’s a good one, as SIGIL 2 is released alongside a host of improvements.
