Dragon’s Dogma 2 Gets Surprise Update This April 8
[summaraize]
Capcom has released a brand-new update for Dragon’s Dogma 2 (3.002.000 on PS5), though don’t expect anything new, as the update is focused on bug fixes.
This is the first update the game has gotten in over three months.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Update 3.002 Is All About Bug Fixes

[PlayStation®5 Pro / PlayStation®5 / Xbox Series X|S / Steam]
- Fixing issue where sometimes items can’t be selected correctly on the item selection menu if a very large number of items are possessed.
[Xbox Series X|S]
- Fixing issue where if the player switches to online mode after fulfilling the conditions to acquire achievements while offline, some achievements wouldn’t be obtained.
Yep, that’s all this update does. No surprise hard mode or new content, just bug fixes per Capcom.
At the moment, there is no news of new content or editions coming for the game. We’re hopeful that we at least get a Switch 2 announcement, though again, no official news or anything to suggest that is happening either.
