EA Sports FC 26 Update on July 22 Issued for Matchmaking Fixes via Patch 1.30
Released for current-gen platforms, it’s now available on last-gen consoles too. EA Sports FC 26 update 1.30 is live on July 22, and this is to fix the Clubs matchmaking problems.
This should resolve the Clubs matchmaking issues, though we wouldn’t be surprised if this doesn’t fix all the errors players encounter.

Addressed instances where an error would be received when attempting to play an online match.
The developers talked about this issue on the official EA Sports FC Direct Communications X account, where they explained, “Title Update 1.6.4 introduced an intermittent live issue that we tried to fix with an emergency title update 1.6.5. However, final testing revealed an additional bug that could cause further issues, so we are taking extra precautions. We expect to be able to get this fix live in the upcoming days.”
Once the fix is live on your respective platform, players will receive an Archetype progression grant as a sort of apology from the devs.
