Fortnite New Update 4.72 Fixes Discover Rows and More

Epic Games has released a patch for Fortnite on all platforms on June 11, which focuses on fixing a few things. Players will see this as Fortnite update 4.72, and this is applied without any downtime associated with it.
Alongside the confirmed fixes for today, we’ve also included the known issues affecting all modes of Fortnite,
Fortnite Update 4.72 Fixes Discover, UEFN
According to the official Fortnite Status X account, here are the confirmed fixes for today:
- Creators are receiving an error message when trying to install or update UEFN has now been resolved
- Delay in Discover rows from updating has been fixed
Alongside the fixes, we’ve included the known issues affecting players and are being worked on by Epic Games (via the official Fortnite Trello board).
GENERAL TOP ISSUES
Fixed in Next Game Update
- Gyro Aiming interferes with Joy-Con 2 Mouse Controls.
- Purchasing a Pass may incorrectly return the player to the Purchase Screen.

- The “Repeat Last Emote” keybind does not register.
BATTLE ROYALE/RELOAD/OG TOP ISSUES

- Vending Machine menu closes immediately in Reload.
Investigating
- Styles for Ranked Backbling and Ranked Umbrella do not unlock when players rank up
- Some Outfits may change their rarity when scrolling in the Locker.
- Players may float briefly after using Typhoon Blade’s Cyclone Slash upon exiting a vehicle.
- Changing to another item right after using the Fishing Rod breaks the animation.
BALLISTIC TOP ISSUES

- The “Purchase Items” menu closes automatically when accessed with a controller.
LEGO FORTNITE TOP ISSUES

- The “Claim your Daily Stipend” Task doesn’t complete.
In Development
- Lag/hitching issues in the Storm King fight
- Players may get stuck in a cannon if its damaged or falls into water while operating it.
- Consumable buff timers can be overwritten when eating another consumable with a buff
- There is no indication of which direction some furniture is being placed
- The Swag Shot emote is not correctly translating on the Chalk Board

- Grabbing certain items at Mourndale Academy incorrectly gives flowers instead of the intended items.
- ‘F’ key conflict: unable to interact with objects.
- Vacant Apartment and Housing Lot Icons are sometimes not displayed on Map.
- A prompt to flip a vehicle no longer appears when a vehicle is flipped.
- Isabelle won’t talk to players while interacting with the blackboard.
- Can’t move placed decorations in Edit Mode if the Decor Inventory is full.
- The Wasp 8000 Motorcycle may float after hopping off while in motion.
- Invisible collision in Phase 1 after being eliminated in Phase 2 of the Storm King fight.
- Storm King’s Weak Points and Rift Spawners are immune to damage when an enemy is around.
- Enemies’ health bars may not appear at times.
- Stuck when exiting the Crusher.
- Bottom of HUD can disappear after using macrobinoculars.
ROCKET RACING TOP ISSUES

- Hot Hex (Black) Ranked reward icon and preview mismatch.
In Development
- [Switch] Non Party Leaders may experience matchmaking errors when attempting to queue for Casual mode while in a party.
- Locker’s Vehicles – SUV/Truck and Sports Cars sections changes to a different background color when navigating through the cosmetics options
Investigating
- Vehicle handling may be unresponsive after passing through a Teleporter Checkpoint in a Community track.
- Players may observe extremely bright lights.
- Some Wheels may incorrectly appear with darker Default Styles or incomplete visual elements.
SAVE THE WORLD TOP ISSUES

- Unpinned Quests’ progress pop-up does not appear.
Investigating
- The ‘Completed Main Quests’ tab is missing from the Quest Log.
- [Volume Warning] Earsplitter and Boom B.A.S.E volume may be very high.

- Eliminated players may be able to continue playing in Battle Stage.
