Lost Soul Aside Save and Quest Progression Issues Fixed in New Update Version 1.006

For players of Lost Soul Aside who experienced a crash when the game auto-saved during screenshot captures, that issue, alongside others, has been resolved in the latest patch for the game release today, September 9.

Other fixes include a progression block for the “Venture further into the Entropis Dimension” quest has been fixed, voices being too low for a post-boss battle scene and more.

Microsoft has been pushing Game Pass as its main growth strategy, making it a big part of its revenue.

Ultizero Games has released Lost Soul Aside update 1.006 (complete version 1.006.000) on PS5 and PC, and this also includes optimization improvements and other bug fixes. This is a minor patch, so don’t expect it to resolve all known issues about the game.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a rare crash that could occur during auto-save while capturing screenshots.
• Addressed an issue where voice audio was too quiet in the post-Vesper battle cutscene.
• Optimized performance during the final boss fight to resolve significant frame rate drops.
• Fixed an issue where players were unable to progress through the quest “Venture further into the Entropis Dimension” under certain conditions.
• Resolved an issue where reloading a save after defeating the final Elite enemy in the Prologue—Imperial Plaza area could prevent progression under specific circumstances.

Optimization

• Updated in-game button icons to support the newly added “Control Settings C” preset.
• Optimized the mechanics for Greatsword and Scythe in certain combos, improving overall combat for a smoother experience.
• Enhanced animations for select NPCs.

There was a patch released four days ago, and we’re hoping more will be released soon to alleviate some of the performance issues the game is suffering from.
