EA has released Madden NFL 24 update 1.005, and this seems to be for the current-gen versions (PS5, Xbox Series X|S) only, as at the time of running this article, the patch isn’t live on last-gen platforms just yet. Read on for what’s new in the Madden NFL 24 patch notes for September 19 below.

So far, EA has not released the patch notes just yet, though we’re hoping that changes within the day. The latest development from the dev team is regarding an issue with the Field Pass, though we wouldn’t be surprised if this update was to resolve said issue.
Field Pass Level Purchase Update:
The team is currently investigating an issue with purchasing Field Pass levels and has gated the feature.

What’s up with franchise mode? Draft classes are broken and it’s the only mode that isn’t cross-platform. Do they intend on doing anything to fix this?
Also, did you notice theres like 8 players on each team that are number 11 and 22? At least on mine.
They probably will not fix it. Who do we have to talk to in the NFL to get to let other companies make a football
How are we this far and can’t upload a draft class, madden has become a joke. Can’t even implement something that’s been in the game for years. Wouldn’t have bought the game if I knew you couldn’t play franchise as its suppose to be played…
The Zulu_Leperchaun uploads are mine (2024 draft, 2025 draft, etc), . The only way to fix the draft class players (numbers and skin colors) is to go into each one after they are drafted. I have tried all work arounds and nothing. Outside that the players and their rankings are spot on to date.
The fact they have barely acknowledged this issue and are just pumping out more micro-transactions is so frustrating
