Madden NFL 27 Early Access Day-One Update Released on August 10
While Madden NFL 27 won’t officially be released until August 13, those who bought the Deluxe Edition or MVP Bundle should be able to play the game now thanks to early access.
If you’re one of the many who paid more to play the pigskin sim early, you’ll be prompted to download the Madden NFL 27 early access day-one update today across all platforms.
This brings a slew of fixes to the game, though there are still some important bugs that have surfaced, which haven’t been resolved by today’s patch.
Madden NFL 27 Day-One Update for Early Access Players Fixes Franchise, Achievements 
The fixes rolled out today include:
- Gameplay: Addressed instances of an unintended “Speed Boost” during specific cut moves.
- Franchise: Improved NFL Draft stability and presentation, including fixes for Draft cinematics, the Edit Coach screen, and Draft environments in Online Franchise.
- Achievements: Updated the “Perfect Push Punch In” achievement to unlock as intended.
There are issues that are affecting gamers now, and these include:
- Missing Crossover XP
- Scouting abilities not working as intended
- Player edit feature bugged
- Team mirror bugged
- Teambuilder issue where you can only view one team with all jerseys
- Imported rookies from the community jersey number bug
- Created players disappearing in Franchise
- Salary cap bug
- Disconnect in Squads and other stability issues
- Wear and tear issue where in happens way too often
- Action House search issue for items
We’re sure there are more bugs outside of the items we listed, and we’re hoping EA gets to it and releases another patch soon, perhaps on August 13 when the game is officially released for everyone?
