Marathon Update 1.028 Released on August 11 for Version 1.1.5.3
Bungie has released a new game update for Marathon on August 11, and this might be the shortest changelog we’ve ever seen for a Bungie game.
Console gamers will see this download as Marathon update 1.028, and this brings the game to version 1.1.5.3, and is more of a hotfix than an actual game update.

The super-short changelog for today notes:
General
- Fixed an issue where the FPS counter was not displaying accurately when using DLSS Frame Generation.
- Fixed a visual issue where the error message for a solo player trying to launch into a Duos queue would incorrectly state that enabling Crew Fill would allow them to launch
For reference, the patch released earlier this month extended the duration of the Vault Breaker:
- We have extended the duration of the Vault Breaker mode!
- New end date: August 18.
- Increased the available stock of some limited offers to reflect this extension.
- We look forward to continuing to hear your feedback on this experimental PvE mode.
- Updated the Key Template Armory reward to correctly specify that it only awards Cryo Archive keys.
