San Diego Studio has released MLB The Show 22 update 1.12 (PS5 version 1.012), today on all platforms. It’s a small update full of bug fixes, and an addition of two new songs in the jukebox. Some player likenesses have also been updated. Check out the full MLB The Show 22 July 14 patch notes below.

CO-OP: 

  • Fixed a freeze that could occur when a user turns off their controller and closes the app. 
  • Fixed a rare freeze that could occur when selecting options in user profile menus. 

NINTENDO SWITCH: 

  • Fixed a crash that could occur in Home Run Derby when switching out of handheld mode. 

MISCELLANEOUS: 

  • Added two new songs to the Jukebox: “Dollar $tore”, performed by Young The Giant, and “Run Ft. Young Thug”, Performed by Killer Mike. These songs will cycle randomly in the JukeBox. 
  • Various player likeness updates to All-Star players: Jazz Chisholm, William Contreras, Adam Duvall, Santiago Espinal, Ty France, Vladimir Guerrero Jr, Spencer Strider, Dansby Swanson, Mike Trout, and Trea Turner.
