Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 Update 1.69

Bandai Namco has fired out Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 update 1.69 (PS5 version 1.069) today for all platforms. This update includes several gameplay adjustments and small fixes. Read on for the Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 June 22 patch notes down below.

■Unit related
  • ◎Some sub-weapons have been added and replaced.
  • ■ “Gunner Gundam”
  • ・New sub weapon “Sensor Pod” added
    The “Sensor Pod” will produce the following effects on the the unit and its allies within range for a certain period of time after the weapon is used.
  • ・Restores radar interference effects from enemy MS that had already been received
  • ・Disables radar interference from enemy MS for a certain period of time
  • ・Disables the effects of the “Stealth” and “Fake Beacon” skills of enemy MS
  • ■ “Gaplant (Transformed)”
  • ・New weapon “Gaplant BR x2 [Discharge]” while transforming added
    The “Gaplant BR x2 [Discharge]” is a sub-weapon capable of both normal and focused fire.
  • ■ “Modified Rick Dijeh”
  • ・The sub-weapon “Clay Bazooka [Shrapnel]” was replaced with “RD Custom C Bazooka [Shrapnel]”.
    With greater power, range and stagger accumulation value.

■Battle related
  • ◎Indicator to show ally who is setting a bomb/defusing a bomb in “Ally information”
  • ⇒ An indicator has been added to the “Ally Information” displayed on the left side of the screen during combat to show that allies are placing bombs on enemy bases and disarming bombs on their own bases.
  • ◎The size of the base icons for both teams displayed during battle has been adjusted to improve visibility of the battle screen.

  • ◎Units
  • ・In “Sazabi”, the position of the effect during focusing and the effect during firing of the main ranged weapon “Sazabi Beam Shot Rifle” were different and now is fixed.
  • ・In “MSN-04FF Sazabi”, the position of the firing effect of the main ranged weapon “04FF Beam Shot Rifle” was not appropriate and now is fixed.
  • ・In “Sisquiede”, when the battle ended with the sub-weapon I-Field Launcher [Defense]” activated, the effect remained on the screen and now is fixed.
  • ・In “Zeta Plus C1”, the luminous element of the “Beam Smart Gun” which can be used during transformation, did not emit light correctly is now fixed.
  • ◎Skills
  • ・Fixed a case in which certain damage-reaction-disabling skills could be still caused damage reactions even for non-damage-reaction attacks when attacked under certain conditions.
