Monster Hunter World Iceborne Update 15.21 Slashes Out for Nov. 14 (Update)
Capcom has released the Monster Hunter World Iceborne update 15.21 today for all platforms, which seems to be a very small update. Here’s what we know about Monster Hunter World Iceborne Nov. 17 patch notes.
Monster Hunter World Iceborne Update 15.21 for Nov. 14 Patch Notes:
Update #2: Patch Notes are out!
Update: According to some users on Discord, the text “HH” is no longer part of the banned list of words.
- Unintentionally included certain characters as prohibited words.
- Forced game shut down issue when trying to reinput a name with a prohibited word.
Capcom has yet to release any patch notes related to this update. It’s a very small update, though, clocking in around 50 MB on PC. It is most likely a small bug fix or more in-game chat censoring. Judging from the Steam files, specifically “chunkg10,” being updated, we are betting it is more censoring as that file pertains to the banned word list.
We’ll update the story should Capcom release anything official. Otherwise, we’ll continue to monitor the community for any feedback and discoveries.

I hate having simple words be considered as inappropriate, not so much on MH World but on MH Rise when setting text for stickers even basic words are considered inappropriate and can’t be used.
You have to purchase stickers as stand alone dlc and certain words are blurred out and can’t be used.
