Mortal Shell 2 Update 1.000.015 Released as Rotten Autumn Hotfix 1 on October 23
Earlier this week, Cold Symmetry released the Rotten Autumn update for Mortal Shell 2 that added a slew of content for free.
Today, the developers have released Mortal Shell 2 update 1.000.015 on all platforms, and this is the first hotfix for the action game after the content drop.
Don’t expect this patch to fix all the issues, as these things take time.
Mortal Shell 2 Hotfix for October 23 Released on Consoles and PC
The small update weighs in at just 800 MB (PC), and should be a small file on consoles too.
Unfortunately, Cold Symmetry has not released any patch notes, which is surprising to see.
Some of the confirmed fixes per the community include:
- Fixed the menu for Night mode lighting changes and Black Metal mode
We’ve listed the known issues players are still struggling with and whether they are fixed or not.
Mortal Shell 2 Known Issues as of October 23
- Two bugged dungeons behind Hangman’s scaffolding (still bugged after this update) and inside the doom level in Marrow Keep.

If Cold Symmetry releases an actual changelog, we’ll update the article with the info.
