Blizzard has rolled out the Overwatch 2 beta update 1.02 (1.000.002 on PS5) for July 1 across all platforms. Don’t expect anything major from this one as it is a small update.

At this time, Blizzard has yet to reveal any details about this update, though we assume it is for small changes and fixes considering they just released a major update last Tuesday. We’ll continue to keep an eye on this and should anything be reported by either the company or community, we will be sure to update this post.

Again, this is likely for some minor bugs, and related to potential crash issues that PC and console players were experiencing since the last update.
