There is a known issue regarding the Flashlight and how it messes hotkeys, “If a Flashlight is not picked up, hotkeys are assigned in this order: 2, 3, 1. If a Flashlight is picked up, it will default to 1. A following patch will address this issue, with Equipment being assigned in the order they are picked up. Igniters will however always default to 4.”
No word yet on when this will be fixed, but once it’s out, we’ll have it up on the site.
