Rainbow Six Siege Hotfix on July 2 Addresses Voice Chat Issues via Patch 3.42/1.000.147

Rainbow Six Siege has received a minor update on July 2, and this brings the first-person shooter to version 3.42/1.000.147.

Players shouldn’t expect any new content, but this update does bring some important fixes applicable on all platforms.

For the complete info about it, read on. Don’t expect much, as this is a hotfix, and we just received a balance patch last week.

The hotfix for today’s resolves the following issues:

  • Includes fixes for Siege Cup
  • Multiple fixes targeting voice chat. Our teams will continue to investigate your reports.

In addition to that, we’ve also compiled the list of known gameplay bugs affecting gamers on the live servers.

Rainbow Six Siege Known Issues as of July 2, 2026

  • Black screen crashes and/or visual artifacts using AMD GPUs
  • Background noise after opening a pack persists in a match
  • Matches I haven’t played in the season counted as placements
  • Wrongful abandon sanction
  • The card background on my Elite disappeared
  • Not getting RP after a win
  • Stuck on Rappel and unable to move
  • Packs are not opening
  • Loading Game only crashes
  • ” An error occurred” notification every couple of min

There are more bugs, but these are the recently-reported ones by players. Once another hotfix is released, we’ll let our readers know.
