Following the patch earlier this week, Housemarque has rolled out the Returnal update 01.003.003 May 5 patch, which addresses the annoying outfit issue and loads more. Check out the full patch notes below.

Fixed an issue where certain Trophies might not unlock under specific gameplay conditions. Note: missing Trophies will need to be replayed to unlock.
