Rare has not posted the full patch notes yet, but they did post that a hotfix is out today on the game’s official Twitter/X page. You can read the announcement below.

The Sea of Thieves servers are now offline for our planned hotfix, which includes a fix for Guilds play. Take some time to add a few feathers to your favourite hat or write a poem about owls and we'll let you know when it's safe to set sail once again. pic.twitter.com/X78UXrCC70
