Just two days before Christmas, Ubisoft has released Skull and Bones update 1.000.024 today for various gameplay improvements. One issue that has been fixed is a target ship not spawning during a specific mission. Combat is another area that has been addressed. Check out the patch notes down below.

Skull and Bones Update 1.000.024 Addresses Bug Fixes and More

Improvements and Bug Fixes

Contract

-Fixed an issue where players are unable to progress in the Helm initiation contracts as there are no contracts offered by Yanita.
-Fixed an issue where Yanita was not interactable while the player attempted to submit the contract, “Taking the Helm”.
-Fixed an issue where the target ship did not spawn while the contract “Brokered Ground” was active.

Combat

– Fixed an issue where players occasionally lose the ability to fire weapons.

Dev note: As highlighted in the patch notes for Y1S4.11, we identified multiple cases where players faced a loss of control upon initiating a crew attack or boarding sequence. We are still working on the final remaining identified issues which will come in a future patch. However, we aim to release any fixes, such as this one, as soon as they are ready.

World Events

– Fixed an issue where the Spectral Defense ends prematurely as a successful defense without providing reward.
– Fixed an issue where the incorrect number of Pulsing Schaduw Remnant available in the player’s global storage was displayed on the event tooltip of “The Great Shadow”.

UI

-Fixed an issue where players the Ancient Ody contract item was not marked with the correct contract icon required to proceed in the contract “Voices in the Past”.

We will let our readers know when a newer update is out for the game soon.
