Developer Soleil has released Valkyrie Elysium update 1.03 today for all platforms ahead of its Steam release later this week. This update comes with a new mode and a new difficulty setting. Check out the Valkyrie Elysium November 8 patch notes down below.

Square Enix and Soleil mentioned this update last month during a livestream of the game. You can read the details down below. 

• “Hild’s Vengeance”A dedicated mode in which Hild becomes a playable character. A new action experience that is different from when you operate Valkyrie, such as shadow (varying self) attacks and a skill tree dedicated to Hild, is possible.
• “Seraphic Gate”High difficulty time attack battle opens after clearing the main story. There are restrictions on the weapons and skills that can be used for each floor, and special rewards can be obtained by clearing all battles.
• New difficulty levels “VERY HARD/VALKYRIE” New difficulty levels”VERY HARD” and “VALKYRIE” have been added for those who want to enjoy high-difficulty action.
