Off-Screen Rainbow Six Siege E3 2014 Gameplay Round-Up

Much to the completely unexpected but overwhelmingly pleasant surprise of Rainbow Six fans across the globe, Ubisoft took the stage during the company’s E3 2014 presentation to announce a brand new entry in the classic tactical shooter series called Rainbow Six Siege.

During the conference, we were treated to a 5 vs. 5 multiplayer gameplay demonstration of a classic terrorist set up where Rainbows were tasked with breaching and clearing a fortified house as terrorists attempted to make off with a hostage. The full match presentation sent a clear message that Ubisoft is bringing Rainbow Six to next-gen with a strong multiplayer focus while staying true to the series’ roots.

With things a tad calmer following the busy events of E3 2014, we thought we’d gather a few more gameplay demonstrations of the upcoming shooter captured from the show floor. They’re all off-screen, but they give you a different and perhaps more informative angle on the demo we saw earlier.

You can watch one of the demos above, courtesy of YouTuber Chris Reay, via Reddit, as well as a couple of additional rounds thanks to GameTrailers below. Hit play and tell us what you think afterwards.
