Red Dead Online Weekly Update September 8 Includes Shadow Buck Sighting Mission & More
Rockstar Games has rolled out the Red Dead Online weekly update September 8 activity refresh, and we once again get a new Sighting Mission, new discounts and more! Head on over for the highlights and details.
Red Dead Online weekly update September 8 highlights:
- New Legendary Shadow Buck Rewards: Sedating the Shadow Buck will net players Rewards for a free Vest of their choice and 100 rounds of Sedative Ammo, while those that kill and skin the animal will also receive a Reward for 100 rounds of Express Repeater Ammo
- A new Coat and Reward at Gus’ Store: Delivering the Legendary Shadow Buck’s pelt to Gus will unlock the new Shadow Coat for purchase, and players that craft the Coat will receive a Reward for a free Bandolier of their choice
- The Hardcore Takeover Series is this week’s Featured Series, and those that compete and win will earn a Reward for a free Hat of their choice
- New Discounts: 40% off all Outfits, Offhand Holsters and Gun Belts, and 30% off all Repeaters
- Ongoing Prime Gaming Benefits: A Free Icahi Coat, a free Katata Coat, 6,000 Naturalist XP, a free Wilderness Camp, five Rewards for a free box of Nitro Express Ammunition, a reward for 50 rounds of Sedative Varmint Cartridges, and 5 Free Legendary Animal Pheromones
- And the new Legendary Animal Sighting Mission for the Shadow Buck, seen around Annesburg, can now be taken on by Naturalists
- As well as the New Buck Vitalism Studies Pamphlet, now available from Harriet for Naturalists Rank 5 and above. Those that follow its steps will get an out-of-body experience, along with a free Treasure Map
