Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales Update 1.011 Patch Notes | Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales Update 1.011.000 Patch Notes:
Update (8/9/21): The offiical Insomniac Games page for games has updated its patch notes for Spider-Man Miles Morales, and yep, as expected, it’s for stability as we’ve been told previously.
General Fixes & Polish
- Global stability fixes and performance improvements
Unfortunately, Insomniac Games has not updated the game’s official release log page just yet. However, we reached out to Insomniac Games, and we were told by a PR rep that today’s patch “improves game stability.”
Same as before, if you spot any gameplay-related changes, or technical fixes, share them down below in the comments to let your fellow Spidey fans know.
The last patch released for Miles Morales was last month (1.10) and had the following confirmed fixes:
General Fixes & Polish
- Global stability fixes and performance improvements
- Improvements to ray-traced reflection quality in the Performance RT graphics mode
- Fix for an issue with motion blur on certain pedestrians
Chances are, this patch will have the same stability and crashing fixes if our spider-sense had to hazard a guess.
If you’re reading this and still haven’t picked the game up, check out our review where we rate it a 9.5/10 and state,”Peter Park may be the original Spider-Man, someone that many will always think of when they hear the webslinger’s name. And while Peter strives to protect all of New York, he doesn’t truly represent everyone. He isn’t someone we can truly look up to and envision us behind the mask. Miles Morales is different. Miles is a Spider-Man who represents countless individuals who feel overlooked, unheard, and disrespected. A Spider-Man that understands the struggles that others might not. A Spider-Man I can look at and say, “we aren’t so different.”
“Peter Park… 9.5/10…” The only unpredictable thing about the story was that it was going to end so fast. Its a solid 7/10 and no more. It looked fantastic but it had nowhere near enough content to justify the price, and the story was the well overused trope of ‘good person does bad things. Becomes bad guy. Does a good thing to atone for their sins’.
Definitely not a 9.5/10 game.
Gameplay, visuals, and design alone warrent higher than 7/10. Miles is wonderfully designed as well. The game is at least an 8.5 particularly for what it did on PS5 out the gate. It’s a $50 game on PS5 brand new. RT 60 and as AAA as it gets. Worth the price of admission. Unless of course you think a $50 walking simulator with a 7-hour runtime like The Medium is a better deal?
One of the best games of 2020 with real next gen tech. PS5 has gotten some bangers in the first nine months, I feel sorry for Xbox fans.
It’s impressive that Sony continues enhancing the game. From the addition of muscle striations to improved RT, they keep improving the product. No microtransactions, just free improvements.
