Everstone has rolled out the final chapter of the Hexi content for Where Winds Meet today, and it slots in a slew of new content.

Titled the Qinchuan Chapter, players on consoles will see this as Where Winds Meet update 1.026, and as one might expect, it is a hefty download.

Introduction
The quiet night remains, bamboo shadows sparse. After nightfall, someone still lingers waiting by the well. The candle lamp flickers like a bean, dreamlike as ever. Yet she is slightly vexed; someone promised to help her with something, but has since forgotten. Many days have passed, and her patience is already wearing thin.
Re-challenge “Campaign – Azure Glow” to get Hair Ornament [Wayward Bloom] or exchange for it in the “Season Shop”.

World Boss – Snowplum Requiem

Trek through the snow in search of blossoms, and find a kindred

Boss Intro
There was once a pair of siblings—master musicians who, though blind, possessed the uncanny ability to weave melodies into deadly weapons. It was said that when they played, plum blossoms shed snow and hidden fragrance wafted, like snow touched by notes. Thus, they were called “Snowplum Requiem.”

As recorded in “Wulin Journal”, its first defeat grants Decoration [Plum Parting], Memoir Gear [Luce: Cinnabar Tassel], Inner Way Note: Custom Chest ×5, [Medicinal Tales] ×3, [Echo Jade] ×20, and more.

You can also start Sword Forge Challenges in the Trial interface to get Avatar [Snowplum Requiem], Badge [Trial – Ode of Plum], [Echo Jade], and more.

New Mystic Skill – Idle Wind

In the lands of Qinchuan, the winds shift with the four seasons. Upon arriving, Wanderers can master the new Mystic Skill “Idle Wind”: Transform into a fleeting breeze to soar across the landscape, experiencing the true meaning of freedom as you explore every corner of Qinchuan.

Season Development Update

New caps for Solo Mode Level, Character Level, and Gear Tier, and Development System to be unveiled soon!

Update Intro
Following the April 30 update, “Lv.14 Clarity” is unlocked for “Solo Mode Level”, and Character Level cap will rise to Lv.95.
Gear: Tier 91 [Gear] becomes available, and Tier 86 “Arsenal” is unlocked to hold Tier 86 [Gear] being replaced.
Gear Enhancement: Level 46–50 Gear Enhancement is available. Beyond [Oscillating Jade], [Collectible], and [Coin], [Howling Ore: Vanguard] is also needed, which can be obtained in the “Season Shop” using a few [Jade Fish]. [Howling Ore: Vanguard] restocks every Monday at 5:00:00, with no inventory reset, ensuring all wanderers equal access.
Gear Tuning and Attuning: Tier 9 “tuning” and “attuning” unlock, with new attributes and attribute boost.
Mystic Skill: Tier 6 Breakthrough unlocks, allowing upgrades up to Tier 6 Stage 9.
Medicine Chest: The “Medicine Chest” level cap has been increased to Lv.15.

Yellow sand buries many a righteous hero, green blood endures, and successors arise.

Participation Requirements
Reach Lv.91, open Wandering Paths, and select Smart Teaming or Friend Teaming to challenge.

Introduction
Defeat Boss “Serpent’s Fang” to earn [Fang Chest] and [Serpent Chest], which have a chance to contain Accessory [Dreadbone] and Hair Ornament [Golden Serpent]. Earning these chests does not consume Energy. You may obtain up to 5 of each chest type per week.

Training Terrace

After the version update on April 30, 2026

Intro
The “Training Terrace” is now live under the “Wandering Paths – Arena.” This feature allows players to host their own custom rooms for combat or spectating. Room hosts can set battle parameters or let challengers choose their own style. The initial launch supports 1v1 combat, with more modes planned for future updates.

Arena – Group Strategy

Participation Requirements
Reach Lv.39 and complete Qinghe Main Chapter: Another New Wing

Introduction
Group Strategy is available daily from 12:00 to 02:00 (next day) local Battlegroup time.
Open “Wandering Paths” to participate in “Arena – Group Strategy.” It features 3, 4, or 5-player modes. All matches are Best-of-3 and share a unified ranking system.
Round 1: Special 2v2; Round 2: Team Battle (3v3 or 5v5 depending on mode); Round 3: 1v1 Duel. In “Arena – Group Strategy”, certain attributes are standardized. Mystic Skills are set to Tier 6 Stage 9 and Inner Ways to Tier 6. Gear stats, sets, tuning, and attuning effects remain active.
More modes and battlegrounds will be added. Please stay tuned.

Introduction
From April 30, 2026, 5:00:00 to May 28, 2026, 4:59:59, complete daily and weekly quests in “Arena – Group Strategy” to earn [Arena Talent EXP], [Arena Attunement Stone: Vanguard], and [Bonus Talisman]. Weekly quests reset every Monday at 5:00:00.

Surething Shop

About the Shop
Located under “Shop -> Offers -> Exchange Shop”, the “Surething Shop” is a new permanent fixture after the version update.
Missed out on a previous event cosmetic? You’ll find it here! Collect [Surething Feathers] by leveling up the “Battle Pass” or exchange for them in the “Battle Pass Shop” to get these vaulted treasures in the Surething Shop.

Introduction
Log in after the update to claim [Surething Feather] ×5 for free!
Appearance Set [Mountain Pine] will be available in the Surething Shop for a limited time. Various legacy [Decorations] and [Accessories] will be added permanently.

Easy Catch-up

Update Intro
Complete quests or dismantle low-level development materials (such as Attunement Stone or Tuning Stone) to obtain [Trace Jade].
Spend your [Trace Jade] in the “Season Shop” for essential development resources, including [Howling Ore], [Oscillating Jade – Trace], [Coin], low-level [Ebon Iron], [Custom Martial Note Chest], [Gear Catch-up Chest], and more, to catch up in Martial Arts, Mystic Skills, and Gear.
“Enhance level” for previous season gear now costs either [Oscillating Jade] or [Oscillating Jade – Trace] (redeemed at the “Season Catch-up Shop”), without consuming collectibles.

Season Prize Pool “Rhythmic Echo”

Update Intro
“Draw” system welcomes the new season prize pool “Rhythmic Echo.” Use [Resonating Melody] (exchanged via [Echo Jade]) for a chance to obtain Appearance Set [Floral Majesty], Hairstyle [Blossoms Summoned], and Legendary Hairstyle [Tears of Splendor]. Limited stocks of [Carmet Design Shard], [Dreamtint Kit], and [Lingering Melody] are also available.
Unlock the Season Prize Pool by accumulating 200 draw attempts in “Solemn Echo.” Also claim the bonus Hairstyle [Edict of Blossoms] when reaching the set draw attempts.

Complete the Tutorial Quest of “Pottery in Vogue” to receive Accessory [Ceramic Bliss]. Complete further tasks to collect additional pottery components, [Resonating Melody], and [Echo Jade]. Come and customize your very own Masterpiece Model!

Goose Greeting

Introduction

Login Gifts: The Goose has prepared a weekly surprise! Log in for 3 days starting every Saturday to receive Energy, Inner Way Note, and Legendary Gear.
Resource Storage: From Monday to Friday, the Goose will convert overflow Energy and Stamina into recovery items, “Serenity Powder” and “Eight Treasure Powder”, respectively, which can be claimed within the same week.
