Playground Games has released the first update for Forza Horizon 6, which is live now on Xbox Series X|S and PC. Given this is a hotfix and not a content drop, don’t expect anything from this outside of fixes.

Expect multiplayer game invites to be sorted out, Steam Controller issues to be resolved and more.

Read on for the official patch notes straight from the developers.

Forza 6 First Update Released for Technical Bug Fixes

Bug fixes and changes

General

  • Improvements targeting Profile Loading errors upon start-up of the game.

Multiplayer

  • Fixed an issue where accepting a game invite via the Xbox App could close the game.

Steam Controller

  • Fixed an issue where using a Steam Controller could cause a crash.

In related news, the success of Forza Horizon 6’s early access release might be evidence that gamers are now ready for premium prices in games, which we want to hear about whether others feel the same way.
