Gears of War E-Day Servers Down as Users Report Connectivity and Sync Issues
If you’ve been trying to play Gears of War E-Day today, you’ve probably noticed that the game is taking a long time to load online. Don’t worry, you aren’t the only one, and despite Coalition saying the issues have been resolved, it seems that Gears of War E-Day servers have once again gone “down,” with many unable to log in or even load up their campaign file.

Looks like Gears of War E-Day Servers are down, at least for many, as they’re experiencing long login times, as well as save data sync errors when attempting to play the game online. Coalition was made aware of these issues earlier this morning, issuing an update several hours later that the issues were resolved.
The login issue has been resolved, we’ll continue to closely monitor our services. Thank you for your patience.

However, it looks like the servers have once again taken a big hit, as countless reports have been flooding in on social and other platforms that the title is down again. We can verify this ourselves, as we have been unable to access the online mode, with the game failing to load our campaign save data due to sync errors.
Luckily, for those wanting to play the campaign (solo), you can still do so by launching the game into offline mode. We were able to continue our save (on PC), though some users have still reported issues with getting their campaign to load.
The Coalition has not yet released another update on these issues, but hopefully they will resolve soon. We’ll issue an update once we see any improvements on our side.
