Hot on the heels of multiple delays for the full game’s release, Frictional Games has announced that the Amnesia: The Bunker’s Steam demo has been delayed by exactly one day from May 22 to May 23. While it’s unlikely that this delay is due to performance issues or bugs, it still raises concerns about the state of the game as well as its management.

Frictional Games’ Amnesia: The Bunker has been delayed thrice from its original March 2023 release date: first to May 16, then to May 23, and finally to June 6. The most recent delay was attributed to “unforeseen certification issues,” and the developer chose to announce a Steam demo for the game available May 22 with the delay announcement. That demo will now be available tomorrow instead of today, though the exact reason has not been revealed.
Amnesia: The Bunker will be released this June 6 on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The Steam demo will be available on the game’s official page on the store. If there are any additional delays, we’ll be sure to let our readers know.
