It’s no secret that EA’s Anthem has Destiny’s fan base on its sights; given its reliance on multiplayer co-op, online worlds, missions and more. While Bungie was hardheaded (at first) in letting Destiny players matchmake randomly with other players when it came to the franchise’s end-game missions called raids, that won’t be the case with Anthem.
Over on Twitter, Executive Producer of Anthem Mark Darrah answered a fan question asking whether Anthem’s version of raids will have matchmaking.

That’s not the only question Darrah answered. When asked whether Anthem will have PvP (player vs. player), Darrah plainly said not “at launch” which means it’s most likely coming down the pipe post-launch.

Finally, Darrah also confirmed that there’s no item trading in Anthem. If you’re playing as a specific class, the item drops you’ll get will mostly be for that class, though you’ll get other stuff as well but at a lower rate.
No trading. Most loot drops will be for the Javelin you are currently using but you will get others at a lower rate https://t.co/aOhhsxtDdN

So far, so good, Anthem seems to be moving in the right direction.
In other Anthem news, BioWare has announced that it’s already in alpha state, and the studio is mostly working on bug fixes and tweaks. EA has also detailed how players will be able to play Anthem early.
thx for the warning passarino.
item trading or micro transactions. this is innovation.
